Hypnosis is a heightened state of concentration and focused attention. Hypnosis describes the very natural process of opening our subconscious minds for a period of time. During this relaxed moment you can do two things: remove unhealthy or unwanted values and patterns and then replace them with new healthy, desirable ones. The hypnotic state is a normal experience that everyone has daily. We call it day-dreaming or zoning out. Have you ever driven home, or to the store, and realized you remembered no details of the drive? You were in a hypnotic trance. The hypnotic state is a normal, daily experience. Hypnosis is the deliberate inducement, and deepening of, this natural state to achieve a specific goal.

Hypnosis creates a state of deep relaxation and quiets the mind. When you’re hypnotized, you can concentrate intensely on a specific thought, memory, feeling or sensation while blocking out distractions. You’re more open than usual to suggestions, and this can be used to change your behavior and thereby improve your health and well-being.

During Hypnosis you are completely aware of your surroundings, your senses become more acute, your concentration increases and your mind focuses specifically on your intended goal.

Simple Energy Techniques (SET) is a collection of simple and user- friendly energy techniques, which can provide significant relief for a wide range of emotional problems, and some physical problems. Although the techniques are simple to use, the results of using them can be quite profound.

The main component of SET is a simple process of stimulating energy meridian points on the body for emotional and physical relief. Typically this involves tapping on the points, although rubbing or simply touching the points can also be used. We also encourage and teach a form of continual tapping for “energy toning”. This continual tapping is the cornerstone of SET and the main element that makes it different to EFT and TFT. Additionally, SET almost never uses set-up or reminder statements. Instead, we encourage you to focus on your problem or tune into it in your own way. It is even possible to work on many problems without needing to be specific.
